How do documents get into the system?
You can import documents from multiple channels. The system can fetch emails from various addresses (like Exchange Online or Google) , you can manually upload scanned documents (like PDFs) , or it can fetch files from a cloud storage like OneDrive or Google Drive. It can also process documents from mobile devices if they are saved to cloud storage.
Do I need to build templates for each document type
No. The application uses an intelligent classification system that you configure with your own document classes (e.g., “Invoice”, “Contract”). The system learns during usage; it recognizes changes made by users during the verification step and continuously improves its accuracy over time.
What happens after a document is classified?
Once a document is classified and verified, a simple, configurable workflow takes over. Based on the document type, the system automatically routes it to the correct destination.
